While Herend is mainly a profit-oriented company producing fine porcelain in the style of traditional craftsmanship, it considers the presentation of quality artistic, cultural and unique programmes of primary importance.

Special events are organised at important milestones – like in 2001 when we celebrated the 175th anniversary of the Manufactory's foundation with a series of festivities over four days – either as the local events of nationwide celebration or as an individual programme.

We believe it is also our responsibility to entertain visitors with a wide range of stimulating programmes and make their stay in our city, the home of royal porcelain, as memorable as possible.
