MACEF, which is held in Milan and specialises in interior design, is the largest international fair that is held in Italy; it is for the 85th time that the fair has hosted the most significant international and Italian furniture and decorative object exhibitors. This September the fair had approximately 3.500 exhibitors and 80,000 visitors.

The range of exhibitors occupy a wide spectrum: decorative objects, glass, porcelain, ceramics and metal objects, tableware, silverware, jewellery, kitchen appliances, kitchen ceramics, textiles, bonbonnieres, candles, scented soaps, artistic bouquets, garden furniture, etc.

The MACEF is held twice a year, in January and the beginning of September.

Morone, the company representing Herendi Porcelánmanufaktúra Zrt., together with many other important firms (Hermes, Lalique, Meissen, Christofle) do not exhibit their products at the MACEF venue; instead, contemporaneously with the exhibition, they host visitors in their own showroom. The quality of this year’s exhibition was elevated by our painter, Mrs. Ágota Bende Tóth.
