Wine is a living testament to the culture and the spirit as to the everyday efforts.

The winemakers, who have devoted their lives to create wines that are more and more beautiful every year - with the help of the nature and their strong commitment to their profession. The wine presentation and tasting was commenced at 5.00 pm at the Apicius Café. We were delighted to welcome Zsolt Tiffán to run the first wine tasting event in 2007.

Attendees at this sumptuous evening gained a scientific perspective on the winemaking, the Villány wine region, illustrated with some exceptional choice examples: Rosé and Jammertal Cuvée 2005 vintage, Portugieser 2006 vintage and Pinot noir (a personal passion of his), as the Cabernet franc&sauvignon 2004 vintage, the event closed with the Cuvée Carissimae.
