Ms Krisztina Bodri, 21, studying law, became Miss World Hungary 2007 as she won the contest on 26 September 2007 in Budapest. Miss World 2007 will be held in the Crown of Beauty Theater, Sanya, China on 1 December 2007. Her first lady in attendance became Lilla Nagy G., 22, studying law as well, followed by Szilvia Freire, 23, accomplishing her media studies.The Queen of Miss World Hungary 2007 has already acted for the Porcelain Manufactory on the occasion of the opening ceremony of a Herend Shop in Westend City Center. The Herend Porcelain Manufactory Ltd. - before the announcement of the official results - awarded Krisztina Bodri with the title of Herend's Beauty and prized her with a hand-painted, marvellous Herend Porcelain plate.
The major national TV channel (m1) broadcasted in a live show the beauty contest. The looker had also the chance to vote. In the show the Ladies first appeared in cocktail-dress, then wearing bathing-suit and finally a fancy evening-dress. The gala carried us back in America of the 1920-30s. The commentator of the show, Éva Novodomszky, was wearing a Herend costume designed by János Héjja fashion designer, her partner was Csaba Abaházi.
