You have been enjoying wine-tasting events at the Apicius Restaurant & Café from 2004.
The Gere winery became the last one introduced in 2006. The winemakers, who have devoted their lives to create wines that are more and more beautiful every year - with the help of nature and their strong commitment to the profession. The basis of superior quality wines were this time a 2006 vintage of Welshriesling, Rosé and Portugieser as a 2004 vintage of Blue Frankish, Cabernet Sauvignon and a 2003 vintage of the Kopár Cuvée, the emblematic wine of the winery.
The evening could bring a pleasure to all of us who were peresent with a brilliant winemaker, Mr Attila Gere who led us to the southernmost winemaking district of Hungary, the hills of Villány and Siklós.
