In early 2005, inspired by the success of a similar event earlier, the Management of the Porcelanium decided to launch a new series of events where renowned winemakers present their wine regions, wineries and wines every month.

Guests at the 90-120 minute long evenings had the opportunity to improve their knowledge of Hungary's wine regions and winemaking and to taste some of the best wines of the country, from Heimann Bull's Blood to the 5-hod Aszú of the Árvay Winery.

They also enjoyed meeting such outstanding representatives of the winemaking profession as Ottó Légli, Zoltán Heimann, József Bock and János Árvay. The younger generations were represented by the winemakers of the Pannonhalma Abbey Winery and the Csordás - Fodor Winehouse. The young marketing director of the Degenfeld Winery was also deserving of her warm reception.
