Dr. Otto von Habsburg, President of the Paneuropean Union, and his wife visited Herend on 8th October.
In attendance were István Bors, Mayor of Tihany, and Csaba Kuti, President of the General Assembly of the Veszprém County Local Government.
Greeted in Herend by General Director Dr. Attila Simon, the guests visited the Mini-manufactory and the Apicius Coffee House and were presented with the special gift of the Manufactory, a baroque-style vase with the Rothschild décor.
Otto von Habsburg was enchanted by the items made in the Manufactory, especially by the forms and décors designed for Franz Joseph and his wife, Empress Sisi.
