A new Herend shop opened in London at the end of April, as part of "Japanese days."
The shop is owned by the Sinclairs firm, and is situated in Walton Street, which is one of London's most rapidly developing shopping districts.
During "Japanese day", guests could enjoy continuous practical demonstrations, and marvel at the art of hand painting, while hosts dressed in kimonos served them tea with Herend services.
The Japanese community in London numbers approximately 9000, and the majority of higher earners among them are potential customers in the new shop.
