The extraordinary general Board meeting in Herend on March 13th 2004 as result of the owners' decision recalled the last three Board members elected at the 2003 May general meeting and elected as Board members:
István Boros,
Dr. Zoltán Gaál,
Mariann Hajmássy,
Sándor Kiss,
Dr. Csaba László,
Sándor Polányi and
Mrs Mihály Szilvássy.
The Board elected Dr Csaba László as chairman.
The general meeting expanded the Supervisory Board, electing as members Dr Dezső Sugár and Dr Attila Simon.
