Spring has most definitely arrived. It is the most beautiful season of the year marked with unmatched transformations in the world and in nature around the months of April and May. Everything returns to life, with trees and flowers in full bloom, gloriously radiant. Herend is also teeming with life as more and more visitors arrive. You can meet us at several locations this spring where we are planning various events and exhibitions. Recently, we have paid a visit to the Gyulavári Castle, which underwent extensive renovation last year. There we exhibited a number of Herend pottery artefacts in the castle's pipe salon, recreating the atmosphere of aristocratic sitting-rooms. If you are in the area, apart from the healing spa and the castle, do not forget to visit the Almássy Castle, as it has also been renovated and is more beautiful than ever.

We are looking forward to meeting you in the summer, on the shortest night of the year with a large variety of unique events prepared especially for our friends and visitors. We have also scheduled a visit to Veszprém Castle, and we will hold a joint exhibition in Pécs with the Zsolnay Porcelain Manufactory Zrt, starting on May 23. The cooperation of the two traditional porcelain manufactories has been unprecedented so far, therefore it is nothing short of a real curio in every sense of the word. And finally, we will be introducing our modern artefacts and original solutions in the autumn in the Palace of Arts in Budapest. We have prepared countless surprises for you along the way, so do not forget to consult our website regularly.

The main video footage and current events content of our News menu item will soon be replaced to better fit the atmosphere of spring and summer. All I can give away is that we have prepared something very special and incredibly captivating for you...when real beauties meet.
