The Russian guests of the meeting of the Hungarian-Russian Permanent Joint Committee on Disaster Control visited County Veszprém on 22nd April.
Alexandr Petrovitch Tchupriyan colonel deputy minister and his colleagues were accompanied by dr. Imre Hofmann fire brigadier and dr. Árpád Muhoray major general deputy executives of the National Disaster Control Directorate, and dr. János Lauer fire colonel deputy manger of the Disaster Control Directorate of County Veszprém. The program included a visit to the Porcelain Manufactory of Herend, where the guests were welcomed by dr. Attila Simon, CEO. After a presentation on the assortment of Herend Porcelain and the situation of the Manufactory, the CEO showed around the guest in the Showroom, presenting the wide range of shapes and patterns of Herend products. After that, as a part of the program organized by the Porcelanium Visitors Center the guests had the opportunity to observe the secrets of making porcelain firsthand.
