The Herend Porcelain Manufactory is a committed supporter of sport. It is the official supplier of the trophies for the Formula 1 Grand Prix for the third year and this year the kings of air raised Herend trophies in the air at the Hungarian round of the Red Bull Air Race. Two legendary participants of the world of sport opted for Herend!

In addition to car and air racing Herend is also present in the world of golf, horse racing and handball. In the first two as an eponymous sponsor and in the latter as a supporter of the Central European Cup winner handball club, MKB Veszprém.

The purpose of competing is to win and to feel the euphoria of overcoming oneself, triumphing over one’s own limits and being able to hold the trophy up high. In this case we are talking about a symbol of victory, which was made by the Manufactory where Herend masters consistently overcome the limits of porcelain making and create extraordinary and lasting pieces.
